NANOCREAM®

Sinerga’s NANOCREAM® (INCI name: Potassium Lauroyl Wheat Amino Acids, Palm Glycerides, Capryloyl Glycine) contains a combination of vegetable-based substances, lipoaminoacids and palm glycerides for nano-emulsions. It’s an O/W emulsifier that creates translucent micellar emulsions with particularly fine particle dimensions (100 –300nm). It also forms stable systems with a low interfacial tension, doesn’t lead to flocculation, sedimentation or coalescence and is an excellent carrier for cosmetic active ingredients (Patent MI2005A000218).

Key features:

  • Opalescent, consistent gel
  • Usage dosage of 2–10%
  • PEG-free and preservative-free
  • Ideal for PIT emulsions
  • Tyndall effect
  • Of vegetable origin
  • Low viscosity products

Key benefits:

  • Gives a silky silicon-like skin feeling during and after application
  • Dry touch replacing the presence of alcohol in the formula
  • Offers high spreadability and lightness, without leaving white effect or greasiness

Applications:

  • Sprayable emulsions
  • Hyperfluid emulsions
  • Wet wipes
  • From serums to emulgels

SENSOCREAM®

Sinerga’s SENSOCREAM® (INCI name: Potassium Lauroyl Wheat Amino Acids, Sunflower Seed Oil Glycerides, Capryloyl Glycine) is a combination of vegetable-based substances, lipoaminoacids and sunflower oil glycerides for emulsions with very low interfacial energy. It’s a versatile O/W emulsifier that’s able to form nano-emulsion with the Tyndall effect, and, like NANOCREAM®, it forms stable systems with a low interfacial tension, doesn’t lead to flocculation, sedimentation or coalescence and is an excellent carrier for cosmetic active ingredients (Patent MI2005A000218).

Key features:

  • Opalescent, consistent gel
  • Usage dosage of 5–10%
  • PEG-free and preservative-free
  • Tyndall effect
  • Of plant origin
  • Ionic emulsifier
  • Possibility of modulating the viscosity according to the chosen rheological additive

Key benefits:

  • Gives a silky silicon-like skin feeling during and after application
  • Dry touch replacing the presence of alcohol in the formula
  • Offers high spreadability and lightness, without leaving white effect or greasiness

Applications:

  • Sprayable emulsions
  • Hyperfluid emulsions
  • Wet wipes
  • From serums to emulgels

PROLIX®RB

Sinerga’s PROLIX®RB (INCI name: Polyglyceryl-3 Rice Branate) is a non-ionic polyglyceryl derived from fatty acids of rice bran oil, obtained with Microwave Oven Reaction Enhancement (MORE) technique. The specific linkage between the hydrophilic and the lipophilic chain gives perfect stability to the emulsion and excellent resistance to hydrolysis. It forms particularly fresh and light O/W emulsions that are pleasant to the touch and enriched with the eudermic functional properties of rice bran oil.

Key features:

  • Waxy solid flakes
  • Usage dosage of 3–4% in milks or lotions and 4–6% in creams
  • Preservative-free and palm-oil-free
  • COSMOS-approved
  • Of plant origin, deriving from 100% vegetable renewable sources (glycerin and fatty acids from rice)
  • No need to use other co-emulsifiers
  • Compatible with all rheological additives
  • High stability at a large range of temperatures
  • Non-ionic emulsifier
  • Absence of chemical solvents

Key benefits:

  • Provides superior consistency to emulsion, maintaining optimal level of absorbency
  • Extremely versatile – it allows formulators to achieve a great variety of viscosities by changing its percentage
  • Leaves the skin hydrated with an excellent soft end-feel

Applications:

  • Milks, AHA serums
  • Make-up
  • Fluid emulsions
  • Soft day creams
  • Suncare

SUPREME®

Sinerga’s SUPREME® (INCI name: Polyglyceryl-3 Rice Branate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sucrose Stearate) is a non-ionic high-performance emulsifying system that’s derived entirely from vegetable sources. It forms particularly light and soft O/W emulsions that are pleasantly velvety to the touch and have a soothing and moisturising action.

Key features:

  • Waxy flakes
  • Usage dosage of 3–4% in milks or lotions and 4–6% in creams
  • Preservative-free
  • COSMOS-approved
  • Of plant origin
  • No need to use other co-emulsifiers
  • High compatibility with chemical and physical sun filters
  • Compatible with several different oils
  • Compatible with a high percentage of lipidic phase (up to 35%) already with low percentage (3–6%)

Key benefits:

  • Provides superior spreadability and absorbency even with increased consistency
  • Creates superior textures with a velvety feeling
  • Non-greasy and leaves skin very soft to touch

Applications:

  • Velvety textures
  • Suncare and city filters
  • Make-up
  • Premium skincare

PHYTOCREAM® 2000

Sinerga’s PHYTOCREAM® 2000 (INCI name: Potassium Palmitoyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol) is a non-ionic/anionic O/W emulsifier and its particular structure forms a liquid crystal network that allows the easy formulation of stable systems. Because the liquid crystals mimic the natural lipid organisation of the cellular membrane, they melt into the stratum corneum to reinforce the skin barrier.

Key features:

  • Waxy beads/flakes
  • Usage dosage of 4–10%
  • Preservative-free
  • COSMOS-approved
  • Of plant origin
  • Prevention of trans epidermal water loss
  • Useful for formulations rich in vegetable oils (from 5–40% oil phase)
  • Extremely versatile with a wide viscosity range

Key benefits:

  • Has restorative and nourishing properties
  • Creates very rich and full-bodied emulsions
  • Is eudermic due to its liquid crystals network melting on the skin

Applications:

  • Rich emulsions
  • Masks and balms
  • Night creams
  • Body care (massage)

EWOCREAM®

Sinerga’s EWOCREAM® (INCI name: Polyglyceryl-3 Sorbityl Linseedate) is a W/O emulsifier that’s obtained by the trans-esterification of glycerol and sorbitol with fatty acids derived from linseed oil using the MORE technique.

Key features:

  • Oily liquid
  • Usage dosage of 2–5%
  • PEG-free, preservative-free and palm-oil-free
  • COSMOS-approved
  • 100% vegetal origin
  • Suitable for cold process
  • Fluid and versatile emulsifier

Key benefits:

  • Linseed oil provides hydrating and emollient properties
  • Suitable for sensitive and delicate skin
  • Provides good spreadability and eudermic properties
  • Ideal for different textures – from creams to pastes and butters – with good absorbency
  • Gives form to very consistent emulsions but without white effect or heaviness on the skin

Applications:

  • Skin barrier butters
  • Baby care
  • Waterproof products such as suncare, make-up and deodorants
  • Night creams and lotions
